High-quality products from Germany, like Novoflex and FLM, offered at fair prices and shipped quickly. Seriously, what’s there to complain about?

Some time ago, I purchased a Paterson Tungsten Studio Light from Speed Graphic. Right off the bat, I noticed problems with the light. The aluminium label from Paterson on the side had come loose and was not sitting straight. The plug socket at the back was quite shaky. The e27 lamp holder was also unstable, causing any bulbs to sag. There’s a hole on the reflector for inserting an umbrella, but when you try to attach it, the holes don’t line up, meaning you can only use the umbrella without the reflector in place. I reached out to Speed Graphic about these issues, and they said they’d pass my concerns along to Paterson. Unfortunately, I never heard back from either of them. I’m really taken aback by the poor quality of this light and can’t shake the feeling that it might be a second-rate item they were eager to offload. Because of all this, I can’t recommend Speed Graphic, Paterson, or the Paterson Tungsten Studio Light at all.

I placed an order for a Cinestill temperature control device. After about 3 weeks of waiting, I reached out for shipping info - but they never provided it. A few months later, I tried again and finally got a response. The item was sent back because I didn’t respond to the many messages from the courier. The thing is, I never got any messages from them. On top of that, Speed Graphics claims I never emailed them for shipping info. I made sure to document that right away. I really can’t stand being lied to - that’s just not a way to run a business.

Awesome prices, quick shipping, and speedy delivery. Products matched the description perfectly. Excellent service! I'd definitely suggest them and shop here again.

We can't respond to or ask for the removal of negative reviews like the one from Jono, who seems to have mixed us up with another company since we don’t have any record of the issues he mentioned.

An absolutely terrible experience with this company. I ordered some film for a super important job. Instead, they sent me a bulk order of the wrong stuff. They want it back, which is fair enough, but there ain't no post offices around, and the ones that are open are few and far between because of the lockdown. No businesses are open to grab packaging for the return. I'm stuck with film I can't use, and I've had to order from a much better dealer who can deliver it to me tomorrow so I can keep my work going. Their customer service is just plain awful, and they seem totally uninterested in fixing the issue. I won't be using them again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order for a Hewes 35mm stainless steel reel. Everything went smoothly; they sent it to Hungary, and even with the current circumstances, I received the package in just about a week. The product matched the description perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

The delivery was speedy, and the price was a bit lower than what I found elsewhere, so I’ll definitely be coming back to Speed Graphics. I've dealt with other companies before that messed up my orders—like sending the wrong item or, in the case of Amzn, not sending anything at all. Plus, I’ve had issues with sizes being off on their sites, and the products not matching the descriptions. So, I was really glad to see that Speed Graphics pays attention to the little things. Super quick service! I got myself a Mindshift Backpack, and it was shipped out the very same day, even though I placed my order around 3pm. It showed up by midday the next day thanks to DPD. Love that they use a dependable delivery option. The website is also pretty great for finding some unique stuff, definitely worth checking out!

I placed an order for Berger PMK pyro developer/fixer along with some films. The film rolls showed up in just a few days, but here I am, four weeks later, still waiting on the developer. Not sure where my money went, honestly.
